Services
1. Grinding and Polishing Machine
Prepares metallographic specimens by grinding and polishing their surfaces for metallographic analysis and hardness measurement.
2. Specimen Mounting Press
Prepares metallograhic specimens by mounting them in Bakelite for subsequent grinding, polishing, and examination.
3. Notch Broaching Machine
Creates V- and U-shaped notches on specimens for Charpy impact toughness testing.
4. Notch Profile Projector
Inspects the geometric parameters and quality of notches on impact test specimens to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
5. Vickers Microhardness Tester
Measures the microhardness of materials, determines the depth of the hardened layer, carburization, and assesses the quality of heat treatment.
6. Metallographic Microscope
Examines the microstructure of metals and alloys, determines grain size, identifies non-metallic inclusions, decarburization, and structural defects, and evaluates the quality of heat treatment.
7. Universal Testing Machine
Performs tensile tests on materials to determine mechanical properties: yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, percentage elongation, and reduction of area.
8. Pendulum Impact Tester
Conducts Charpy impact toughness tests on specimens to determine a material's resistance to impact loads.
9. Rockwell Hardness Tester
Measures material hardness on the HRC, HRB, and HRA scales; controls the hardness of parts after heat treatment.
10. Optical Emission Spectrometer
Performs spectral analysis of the chemical composition of metals and alloys. Determines the content of base and alloying elements (C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Mo, V, Ti, Nb, Cu, Al, etc.), conducts incoming inspection of raw materials, confirms steel grade, and controls the chemical composition of finished products for compliance with GOST, ASTM, API, and other international standards.
